From 2014-2016, worked with 15 Senior makeup artists to create digital contents / By 2017, identified 4 Senior makeup artists who were excellent on camera and worked with them exclusively / Started with talking points for the talents but phased into filming without script.
Developed a few different templates such as What’s New, Get Unready, Get Ready, How to, etc.
High-level production (motion and non-motion) with 1.5M budget / 360 omni-channel content creation for 12-week Holiday campaign / From main hero visuals to inspirational videos were produced during 5-day-production in New York / Used this production’s casting to recruit Sephora makeup artists for everyday social contents.
